Our international banking client is seeking to appoint a Company Secretary Officer. They are looking for a new team member to provide company secretarial services to the Relationship Management teams for client companies.
Our client is seeking a candidate with a minimum of two to three years' experience in a financial services Company Secretarial position or a role with exposure to Company Secretarial work, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You need the ability to work as part of a team while being flexible and adaptable to change, the ability to drive and execute tasks and encourage others to do so, with a commitment to providing quality client service as part of a support role.
