Responsibilities
  • Support both our internal and external clients with their company secretarial needs.
  • Assist with client board and shareholder meetings.
  • Manage statutory books held by the firm in its capacity as company secretary.
  • Support LLPs where corporate administrative assistance is required.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
