An expanding name in financial services is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary to head up the company secretarial and governance function of the organisation. The role will encompass the full spectrum of company secretarial responsibilities operating at a senior level across the company. This will be an autonomous role allowing the postholder to shape and develop the company secretarial function. It will suit individuals with senior UK financial services company secretarial experience.

There is flexibility as to where the individual is based across the UK and the role offers a competitive salary.
