Job description

Great new opportunity within a leading commercial organisation for an experienced candidate to join their Company Secretariat and play a key role in maintaining strong governance practices and developing a strong culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organisation. The successful applicant will support the board and committees with meetings and general administration, maintain statutory records, manage governance processes and advise on best practice. You will build strong relationships across the company, and help to drive positive change by shaping policies and educating staff on governance principles.

Applicants will need at least three years previous experience in corporate governance or company secretarial services, with a strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for corporate entities. A relevant qualification is preferred, and you will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise, influence and collaborate at all levels.
