We have an excellent new opportunity for a Company Secretariat Assistant to join our Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and Secretariat Function (LRECS). LRECS focuses on providing a diverse and inclusive environment with a strong emphasis on wellbeing and delivering opportunities for growth and personal development.
In this role, you will provide company secretarial support to the Secretariat function, which has primary responsibility within Centrica for corporate governance, share scheme compliance, and UK statutory compliance.
Location: We work flexibly in line with our Flexible First working arrangements, believing that empowered colleagues are happier and more productive. The successful candidate will, however, need to be comfortable commuting to our Windsor office weekly and to other locations as needed.
What will you do?
