The Role

To provide administrative and executive assistance support to the Head of Governance and Governance Team, as well as providing organisational support to the Chairs of the Board and Members' Council (MC).

This role is known internally as Governance Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Chairs.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant to the Chairs and Governance Assistant, some of your day to day duties will include…

  • Providing logistical and administrative support to Board and Members’ Council meetings including management of the corporate calendar and meeting coordination
  • Providing support to Annual General Meeting processes as required
  • supporting non-executive director-related processes such as routine Companies House filings, conflicts of interest declarations
  • Acting as an Executive Assistant to the Members’ Council and Board Chairs, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and travel and expenses support
  • Assisting with KYC requests and other data/information requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • General administrative support to the Governance Team including team meeting coordination and liaising with other corporate services (facilities, procurement, IT, etc.)

  • Strong governance secretarial skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting Directors and others at the highest level in a personal assistant capacity, including diary and time management and prioritisation
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, OneDrive, Monday.com and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to cope under pressure
  • Please note that this role is administrative and not appropriate for CGI-qualified candidates

The Process

Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
