Job Description
Company Secretarial Assistant
Location: West London
Role:
- Updating corporate governance documents and tools (e.g., internal governance codes and frameworks)
- Support with the legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions
- Support with organisation of Board and Committee meetings
- Maintaining the Legal Database of the UK Group
- Ensuring all corporate governance documents are up to date and compliant
- Coordinating and arranging meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas
- Contributing to the development and implementation of governance policies
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assisting with the preparation of board reports and presentations

Company Secretarial Assistant

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of UK Corporate Governance code and Companies Act 2006
- Demonstrable experience in a paralegal or company secretarial role
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Brilliant attention to detail
