An established corporate services firm based in London is looking for a company secretarial assistant to help support their secretarial team.
You'll join a dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of UK-based clients. This role offers a unique blend of operational, legal, and corporate responsibilities, providing excellent growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Your Role
Oversee daily operations for legal entities and support the legal team with corporate responsibilities.
Prepare and file essential documents with government departments and authorities.
Draft corporate documents, maintain statutory records, and keep secretarial files up-to-date.
Manage accurate and current Corporate Registers.
Liaise effectively with international clients, colleagues, advisers, and regulatory authorities.
Arrange for document execution and certification.
Perform general administrative duties, including managing the firm's corporate management system and filing.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the firm’s goals.

What We’re Looking For
Around 2 years of experience in a UK company secretarial role
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
