The role:
This role is integral in providing proactive support to the Company Secretarial team. You'll be responsible for maintaining statutory records, assisting with corporate filings, and preparing associated documentation.
Utilising relevant knowledge and research capabilities, the role also supports board processes and decision-making for Group companies, especially for Tier 3 companies and below. When new governance and legal requirements arise, the Assistant helps assess impacts and prepares board papers, templates, policies, and procedures.
