RAC is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to support the Legal function. The role focuses on governance and administrative support, ideal for candidates with administrative backgrounds aiming for company secretarial careers. RAC is recruiting for a new Company Secretarial Assistant to join our Legal function. Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, this role will support the delivery of core company secretarial services and help maintain high governance standards through accurate records, good organisation, and strong administrative support.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience who is interested in building a career in company secretarial work. You might be working in a legal or professional services setting or already supporting a company secretariat team. It would also suit a paralegal interested in transitioning into company secretarial work and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We welcome applicants who are part-qualified (via the CGI) or keen to study towards the qualification.
We offer full support to the right candidate, including funding and study time to complete the CGI’s qualifying programme if required.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week from home, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
