Job description

Job Description:

Oversee multi-platform content operations, including content planning, editing, and publishing across channels such as WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Develop and implement content and marketing strategies to enhance brand influence, audience engagement, and user growth.

Handle daily administrative tasks, including coordinating internal meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining team workflow efficiency.

Negotiate and manage external partnerships, including collaboration with media outlets, influencers, and third-party agencies to expand brand exposure.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas and marketing opportunities.

Coordinate cross-departmental communication between content, design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Track and analyze content performance data (e.g., views, user engagement, ROI) and prepare regular performance and partnership reports.

Assist with event planning, PR campaigns, and other brand-building activities.

Support company management in administrative operations and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

1+ years of experience in content operations, marketing, or business coordination, preferably in media, entertainment, or internet industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in managing partnerships or business collaborations.

Familiarity with social media ecosystems, trends, and platform algorithms; ability to create and optimize engaging content.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven content strategy optimization.

Professional English and Mandarin communication skills (if needed), both written and spoken, are a plus.

A team player with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
