Company Fee Earner (5 Years PQE)

My region leading client are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Company Fee Earner. Ideally someone who will manage a diverse range of legal work for Corporate and Commercial clients. You will be required to handle client matters independently, demonstrate strong legal expertise, and contribute to the development and growth of the team. Would you like to join their fantastic company and be part of a supported team in Peterborough on a full-time permanent basis.

In return my client are offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday year in addition to Bank Holidays, Bupa, pension scheme, death in service benefit of twice the annual salary, bonus scheme, Birthday off as paid holiday each year, Ability to buy and sell holiday, long service awards and free parking.

The role shall entail with dealing with all aspects of commercial property law including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work for significant investors and tenants alike. My client prides themselves on delivering a quality service to their clients, so you’ll need excellent management, communication and organisational skills, proficiency in IT, and have a polite and professional manner. You’ll enjoy networking, they gain lots of referrals and repeat business from our clients, experience in development work would also be useful.

You will be joining a modern and dynamic team that fully supports each and every individual, ensuring that everyone has a great work life balance.

Attributes and Dispositions Sought:

– Company acquisitions (assets and shares) including management buy-outs.
– Company re-organisations and company mergers.
– Shareholders Agreement.
– Joint Venture Agreements.
– Business Development activities

Personal Attributes:-

– 5 years PQE
– Strong technical, drafting and client management skills.
– Strong communication skills, able to understand the client’s objectives and explain options in an accessible manner.
– Personable and confident networker with good commercial awareness.
– Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring that challenging deadlines are met
