This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Company/Commercial Solicitor/CILEX (3+ years’ PQE) to join a well-established and expanding team in the South West.

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger regional corporates, advising on a broad spectrum of matters including business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders and partnership agreements, and a wide variety of commercial contracts.

Ideally, you will have strong technical expertise in both company and commercial law, with a clear understanding of business drivers and the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice. You will have experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, as well as supporting on more complex, high-value transactions. A confident communicator and natural relationship builder, you will be comfortable engaging with clients directly and proactively developing new business opportunities.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, be motivated by high standards, and demonstrate a genuine interest in helping businesses grow and succeed. An appetite to contribute to the wider success of the firm, including mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives, is highly valued.
