Company Commercial Solicitor - 5+ PQE - South Wales

We are looking for a company commercial solicitor to join a well established company commercial team within a L500 firm in South Wales. This company commercial solicitor will be joining the Newport office.

You will be joining a growing company commercial team and working on a range of company and commercial work for SME's, OMB's and local businesses. You will be advising on the spectrum of business services to include the sale and purchase of businesses, restructuring and commercial contracts to include sales of goods/services agreements, shareholder agreements and bespoke commercial contracts. This role will encompass an element of supervision of juniors. You will also be expected to maintain and build client relationships through networking and business development.

We are looking for a solicitor with 5 years' PQE and experience of managing their own company/commercial caseload. You will have excellent client care skills.

Working directly with the firm's head of commercial department, you will be a key part in the growth of this company commercial team.
