This established and dynamic firm is currently seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the firm's thriving St Albans office. You will work alongside extremely experienced Partners and get your teeth into some extremely interesting work. The Role

The work is extremely varied and interesting involving non-contentious corporate and commercial work which includes M&A transactions, equity fundraising, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, corporate financing as well as more general corporate and commercial advice.

This work often includes corporate real estate transactions (UK and offshore SPVs).
The candidate will be comfortable with drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, heads of terms, investment agreements, development and LLP agreements, articles of association and the full suite of corporate documents including share option agreements (EMIs and non-tax advantageous schemes).
