We are excited to be exclusively working with a well established Blackpool, privately owned company who due to continued growth are looking to recruit a Company Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created position, reporting to the FD and will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of our company and supporting our long-term growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accountant looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
