Personal Narrative

I’m a 27-year-old male living independently in my own flat, managing my own cooking and housework. I enjoy reading, gaming, and socialising in local bars and cafés. While I’m not really into sport, I like using my exercise bike at home. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I value having someone friendly to spend time with and share activities.

I’m looking for someone to provide companionship and support for my ongoing mental health, offering friendship and helping me stay calm in stressful situations. I don’t need help with housework, so this role is all about being a supportive, engaging presence — someone to socialise with, join me at the gym or swimming, or introduce me to new activities where I can meet others my age.

The ideal person will be friendly, approachable, responsible, and reliable, with strong communication and social skills. You should respect my confidentiality and privacy, be sensitive to my needs, and remain calm in challenging situations. Most importantly, you’ll be willing to take the time to get to know me properly and become a trusted companion.
