I am a lady who lives in Galashiels. I’m looking for a friendly PA to escort me out and about in the community, going to groups, going for a chat and a cuppa or support in the supermarket when I’m shopping for groceries. I suffer from anxiety and need someone who can encourage me and help me build my confidence and self-esteem.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support client to regulate her emotions
• Encourage client to get out and about
• Look after client’s wellbeing
• Escort client in your own car to places

The terms
