Healthcare Plus Recruitment Homecare Services Ltd is seeking companions to provide a sitting service for clients in their own homes across East Ayrshire and South Ayrshire. Shifts run 10am–10pm on weekdays, with potential weekends every second week. No personal care or medications required, just compassionate, client-centred support.

Role focuses on reliability, friendliness, and respectful interactions, with opportunities for training, development, and progression within the company.

Qualifications

• You do not need a formal qualification to perform this role.
• Basic Disclosure Scotland clearance will be required and funded by you.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard, person-centred support to clients in their own homes.
• Communicate with clients in a respectful, friendly manner.
• Work on own initiative and be reliable and flexible to meet client needs.
• Maintain written records and care plans where applicable.
