Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable qualification or experience.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Good understanding of assets-based community development approaches and strengths-based approaches to working with people.
• Good knowledge of a variety of methods for community involvement.
• Knowledge and understanding of health inequalities and barriers/facilitators to good well-being.
• Good understanding of the functions of public, third sector and community organisations.
• Knowledge of information governance and confidentiality in handling personal information.
