Through our links with the National Institute of Teaching and the Outwood Institute of Education, we offer a world-class development programme tailored to ambitious individuals aiming for their next career step.

Imagine being part of a supportive network of four Outwood academies across Nottinghamshire and Sheffield, where collaboration and innovation are central. We host joint senior team meetings, schedule learning walks in different schools, work with local businesses to provide student opportunities, and develop mechanisms for working with parents. We foster a culture of sharing best practices and are committed to providing world-class professional development for staff.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:

We work closely with each academy to facilitate collaboration, sharing strengths, learning from each other, and striving for continuous improvement. Our focus is on enriching students' lives by providing innovative learning experiences, starting with Outwood Academy Kirkby, focusing on developing opportunities for students who find accessing the curriculum challenging.
