Hywel Dda University Health Board in Carmarthen is seeking a Band A Community/Urgent Access Dental Officer to deliver high‑quality dental care within the Urgent Access Service and Community Dental Service.
The role includes managing urgent dental problems, providing preventive care, and supporting patients with complex needs. The post is NHS permanent part‑time (4 sessions per week) with salary £54,802–£82,204 per annum pro rata.
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Dental Practitioner.
- Experience with urgent dental procedures and NHS community dentistry.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred dental care across CDS and Urgent Access Service.
- Manage acute dental problems, alleviate pain and prevent escalation.
- Promote oral health equity and continuity of care.
