Job summary

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's Community Dental Service in Gwent seeks enthusiastic dentists to join a supportive team delivering care to children and vulnerable adults across fixed and mobile units. The role includes supervision of undergraduate students and opportunities for sedation training within a collaborative NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Full GDC Registration is essential.
• BDS degree is essential.
• Foundation 1 (DF1) or equivalent is essential.

Responsibilities

• To undertake the full range of preventative and clinical oral care for children and vulnerable adults in fixed and mobile units, including care homes and hospital care across ABUHB.
• To provide dental care in sites where appropriate for children and vulnerable adults including domiciliary care, alongside other clinical staff.
• Supervision of undergraduate dental students.
