Community Therapy Assistant Car Driver

One of our clients, an acute hospital in Stoke-on-Trent, is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their expanding Community Team.

They are open to speaking with candidates at band 4 level with a view to offering a long-term contract with an hourly pay rate of £13.00 - £16.00 P/H.

Essential criteria to be considered for this role:

• Ideally, prior Therapy Assistant Experience in the NHS; however, candidates with overseas experience as an Occupational Therapist will be considered.
• Holding an Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration is beneficial. This role may potentially allow progression to a Band 5 in the future.
• Have access to own vehicle for work purposes – a car is required, as pool cars are not provided for locums.
• Be available to start within 4 weeks of confirmation and commit to a minimum period of three months.
