We are looking for a
Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our
Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team, a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing
recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

About The Role
As a
Clinical Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
- Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention
- Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
- Build upon the team’s success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
- Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating
