This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Perinatal Mental Health Service. Our county-wide Norfolk & Suffolk Perinatal Community Mental Health service is recruiting for a Perinatal Community Team Manager for our Suffolk Team as part of a secondment/maternity cover post. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist multi-disciplinary setting, providing a range of MDT clinical assessments and treatments, including specific perinatal therapeutic individual and group interventions.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, specialising in perinatal mental health. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and clinical support, working closely with an existing part-time Community Team Manager and Perinatal Clinical Nurse Specialist. You will collaborate with key partners across health, maternity, social care, and other sectors to support service development and participate in NHS East of England Perinatal Clinical Network activities.
We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills, experience in clinical and operational leadership, and a passion for perinatal/mental health. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to work innovatively, and confidence in managing a multidisciplinary team.
