We're Hiring: Community Team Lead for Specialist Care
Based in Southampton with travel across the surrounding area
Hours – Monday to Friday with one weekend day to be worked every other week (a day off in week will be given in lieu) plus additional on call duties as part of a rota
Salary based on 37.5 hours per week as above - £25,613.25

SCA Care is looking for a motivated and compassionate Community Team Lead to help oversee our Specialist Care services. You’ll work closely with our Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to support and supervise care staff, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure our services meet and exceed expectations.
About the Role
As a Community Team Lead, you’ll split your time between the office and the community – providing hands-on support, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance standards. You’ll play a vital role in setting up new care packages, mentoring staff, ensuring safety and dignity for our customers, and being a key point of contact between customers, care workers, and the office team.
