Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Community Support Worker in the Caldicot area to support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and engage with their local community.

We are looking for someone with a positive personality who can match energy, build relationships, and follow care plans while safeguarding and reporting concerns appropriately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK care/support setting.
• Confident supporting individuals within the community.
• Reliable, friendly and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with community activities and outings.
• Encouraging independence and social engagement.
• Building positive and trusting relationships.
• Supporting with daily living tasks where required.
• Promoting wellbeing, choice and inclusion.
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting concerns appropriately.
