Community Support Worker (Disability & Mental Health)

Location: Supported Living, North Team - Covering Carlisle

Salary: £13.47 per hour

Hours: 37 Hours

We have opportunities for caring and compassionate individuals to join our Care Services Cumberland North Team as Community Support Workers (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), providing support within our Disability and Mental Health Services.

About Supported Living (DMH)

Supported Living empowers vulnerable adults, including those with learning disabilities or complex care needs, to access personalized support to live independently. Staff work with individuals to build life skills, guided by their interests and priorities.

About The Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals' wellbeing through physical and emotional care, assist with medication, personal care, and encourage independence.

No experience or qualifications are necessary to start. We provide fully paid training and development. If you have experience, you can advance your career with us. We offer opportunities to develop and build your skills.

This role requires a driving licence.

DBS Check
