HealthCare NZ in Carterton is seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers for our community and home-based services. We offer permanent part-time positions with flexible rosters to suit other commitments.

As a Support Worker you will help clients achieve their goals through practical and emotional support—meal preparation, outings, medication assistance, personal care, and mobility tasks like hoist transfers.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous)
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles)
