As a Community Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in our service. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team made up of clinicians such as Physiotherapists and Nurses to provide ongoing clinical activities such as, rehabilitation, recovery, nursing tasks, and support with daily routines and personal care.
We offer a tailored training package to suit your development needs to ensure you feel fully supported within your role - should you wish to progress further in your career then we can offer a number of opportunities such as apprenticeships, where we have strong links with local higher education partners.
Successful candidates will have the support of their teams to be comfortable working independently in the community. If you have strong communication skills and can use initiative to ensure service users and their families have the best experience. Working within our South Gloucestershire Locality, your base location will either be Warmley Business Park (BS30 8XP) or Woodlands Court (BS32 4LB).

We have full and part time hours available with a mixture of shifts - currently this service runs from 8am - 8pm - 7 days a week.
