We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our team.

You will work directly with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, supporting their rehabilitation through guidance, encouragement, and practical help. As a support worker, you will manage a caseload of participants in a community environment. Your duties will include conducting initial assessments, providing ongoing guidance, and supporting participants throughout their sentences. Interventions will be delivered one-on-one and through group work to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully complete their programs.

This initiative aims to establish safe spaces where rehabilitated individuals can engage in positive activities that promote social acceptance, improve health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or within the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring participants effectively.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:
