Job summary

Belong Limited at Home is hiring Community Support Workers for Southport and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their homes, provide personal care, companionship and help with daily tasks, with guaranteed shifts to help you plan your week.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car for community visits; you will work with a friendly care team, receive ongoing training and support, and have opportunities to develop your career within our values-led provider.

We are looking for people who want to make a real difference in the lives of the people they support.

• Previous experience providing personal care, medication support, companionship support, or community-based care is welcomed.
• Experience working independently in clients' homes and coordinating with the wider care team and management is welcomed.

Previous care experience is welcomed.
