No previous care experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support you need.
We offer two different types of community care work:
With block work, you are paid for every hour of your allocated block – not just the time you spend inside clients' homes.
For example, if you're allocated a 7am–2pm block, you're paid for all 7 hours, including the time travelling between your scheduled care visits.
Block lengths can vary depending on the care required. For example, a block may be 7am–12pm, 7am–1pm or 7am–2pm, but you are paid for every hour of the block you are allocated and work.
Framework care is paid at £15.80 per hour for the time you spend providing care to clients (contact time). And £18.25 per hour on Weekends Contact time
You'll also receive 35p per mile mileage allowance.

Your day could include supporting someone to get washed and dressed, preparing meals, helping with medication or personal care, providing companionship, or simply having a cup of tea and a chat.
Sometimes it's the smallest things that make the biggest difference to someone's day.
