Company Description

Salary:£12.60 per hour, £25.20 every bank holiday. Travel time & Mileage paid.

Our Peak Times are: Mornings - 7:00 - 14:15; Evenings: 16:30 - 22:30 (more hours available).

Essential Requirements: Your own car, availability on alternate weekends, and the right to work in the UK.

Home Instead Beverley and Hull provides support to people in the local community to help them remain happy and independent in their own homes for as long as possible.

Job Description

Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same. With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused home care.

You will support our clients by:

  • Companionship - everything from a chat over a cup of tea to playing a game of Scrabble
  • Accompaniment - to appointments or a spot of shopping
  • Meal preparation - a sandwich or a home-cooked meal
  • Light housekeeping - a run around with the hoover or a spot of dusting
  • Personal Care - because it's important to us all
