A healthcare organization in Braintree is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Mid Essex First Episode Psychosis Team. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Community Support Worker to join the Mid Essex First Episode Psychosis Team, based at The Gables in Braintree. The role is part of a multidisciplinary Early Intervention in Psychosis Team offering a wide range of biopsychosocial interventions. The post holder will work across the Mid Essex locality and will support people aged 14-65 who are experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing, a First Episode Psychosis. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in working with this client group in the community.

The Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) brings together health, care, community and voluntary sector organisations. The successful candidate will attend a 5-day face-to-face Induction Programme at the MSE ICS Education Hub at Brentwood Community Hospital, with a start date to be discussed during recruitment. This will be followed by a further 5-day EPUT corporate/mandatory training (delivery mode may vary).
