Aureos is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support the Customer Sustainability and Social Value Manager on the SSEN GSP contract, focusing on building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will help ensure compliance with project delivery standards, commercial objectives, and health & safety regulations, and promote sustainability, social value, and community engagement within the utilities sector.

Formación

• Essential: at least 2 years of experience in a Stakeholder Engagement or Community Liaison role.
• Desirable: Experience with sustainability reporting or social impact initiatives.
• Experience in the Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing databases.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the energy, utilities, or construction industries.
• Understanding of the structures and functions of government agencies and political stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local community groups, schools, and charities in the Southwest region.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder Strategy: Prepare, implement and manage stakeholder engagement strategy reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders such as community groups, government agencies, and non-profit organisations.
• Data Management: Maintain records of sustainability metrics and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, calendars, documents, and team correspondence.
• Event Coordination: Plan events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Report Generation: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Research: Research industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
