Exciting opportunities have arisen within the East Sutherland Community Nursing Team for Band 5 Community Nurses to join our busy team, based in Golspie.
The team provides 7-day per week coordinated care for patients within the 5 GP practice catchments in East Sutherland. We provide care for patients with multiple pathologies and complex health and social care needs, aiming to promote independence, prevent hospital admissions, or facilitate discharge. We also provide palliative care for those wishing to remain at home.
The posts are suitable for flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated nurses committed to high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Candidates must have excellent communication and time management skills, a full UK manual driving licence, be UK NMC registered, with an RN DipHE or Nursing Degree.
These are full or part-time permanent posts, covering a 7-day rota. Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
