A leading community healthcare provider in Hoddesdon is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join their Primary Health Care Team. Responsibilities include delivering individualized nursing care to patients and managing team responsibilities in the absence of senior staff. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder is a member of the Primary Health Care Team and may take responsibility in the absence of the Community Nursing Sister for the team and caseload.
The post holder is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised nursing care to patients living in the community.
The service is provided seven days per week.
A commitment to health promotion teaching and training is essential.
