There will also be Development opportunities to undertake the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse course.This role requires highly motivated and compassionate Community Staff Nurses who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, work as part of a skill mix team to enable the excellent delivery of commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme. The primary role of the Community Staff Nurse (CSN) is to support in delivering the commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) (DH 2009) as a member of the 0-19 public health nursing service (Health Visiting / School Nursing).This role is within the Fareham & Gosport School Nursing Team based at Alpha Court, FarehamThey will provide responsive, holistic, quality, family centred public health outcomes in line with the 4-5-6 model of the Healthy Child Programme including the high impact areas.
