Main duties of the job

The primary role of the Community Staff Nurse (CSN) is to support in delivering the commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) (DH 2009) as a member of the 0-19 public health nursing service (Health Visiting / School Nursing).This role is within the Fareham & Gosport School Nursing Team based at Alpha Court, FarehamThey will provide responsive, holistic, quality, family centred public health outcomes in line with the 4-5-6 model of the Healthy Child Programme including the high impact areas.
