Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Registration with NMC

Experience

  • Evidence of multi-disciplinary interagency working.
  • Previous experience in caring for patients in a community bed based setting.

Skills

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • To demonstrate the ability to work within a team.
