Job summary

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the Royston Integrated Community Team on a fixed term contract. The post covers Royston and surrounding areas with hours 08:00–22:00, seven days a week.

You will assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for a wide range of conditions as part of a well-supported team, with extensive training and development opportunities. A full driving licence and access to a car for business is essential.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration with active practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care for a wide range of conditions.
• Work within the Integrated Community Nursing Team, supporting caseloads seven days a week.
• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and planning skills with a focus on patient safety.
