Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing team in Hillingdon for an eight‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will work autonomously in the community with support from a multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered district nursing care.

Shifts typically run 8am–4pm, 10am–6pm or 8am–6pm, with weekend work required (about 1 in 3).

Formación

• NMC registered nurse with valid pin.
• Ability to work autonomously in community settings.
• Transferable skills applicable to district nursing.

You will need to be an NMC registered nurse who has enthusiasm, energy and a passion for delivering the best nursing care possible. Community experience is not essential but you will need to demonstrate that you have an understanding and awareness of autonomous working in the community setting, with evidence of some transferable skills.
