Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with RN Diploma or BSc in Nursing.
• Experience of person-centred care and care planning.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or in clinic settings.
• Provide holistic care including wound care, diabetic management, catheter care and palliative care.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and access specialist support as required.
• Attend Corporate and Bank Induction and up to 1.5 days of face-to-face training as needed.
