We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a NMC Registered Community Staff Nurse to work in our busy and supportive Rugeley & Great Haywood Community Nursing Team based at Sandy Lane Health Centre.
Many people would be unable to live at home without the support they receive from the community nursing teams and community services are admitting patients with a more complex acuity than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff.
Our Community Nursing teams assess, plan and deliver nursing care to patients within their own homes, in line with evidence based practice. It is a privilege to care for patients in their own homes, and by joining our team you will be able to experience the difference this makes to our families within the community.
Due to the nature of community working, ability to drive across the patch to provide care to patients is essential.
