Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for a community nursing team in Guernsey. You will deliver care in patients' homes and care home settings, ensuring high standards of evidence-based practice and appropriate escalation when necessary.

Formación

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration and UK PIN.
• Experience delivering community/home-based nursing.

• Provide direct nursing care and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Support patients in daily living activities and health education within communities.
