Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Staff Nurse for a 22.5-hour vacancy in Shaftesbury. The role involves caring for complex patients in a community setting with opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills, and have a keen interest in working with older people. We currently have a 22.5-hour vacancy in The Vale District Nursing Teams, based at Shaftesbury Community Hospital. You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clinically care for complex patients in the community setting.

The Staff Nurse position is full-time, but we are flexible and accept part-time applications with a minimum of 15 hours. We offer a variety of shift options, including:
- Early: 07:30 – 15:30
- Late: 12:30 – 20:30
- Nights: 20:15 – 07:45
- Weekend and public holiday shifts at enhanced pay.
