An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our community nursing service across the Oban and Lorn area.
The post holder will provide an accessible, appropriate, high-quality, culturally sensitive, and effective nursing service to a range of age groups in the community by working in partnership with service users, care providers, and other agencies. The post holder will be a first-level nurse supporting the District Nurse/Team Lead in delivering care to patients within the corporate caseload.
You should have a genuine interest in community working and the diversity it brings. You should be a team player with a broad range of clinical knowledge and skills and evidence of continuous professional development.
Community experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
A UK driving licence is essential. A pool car may be available at times; however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes if required.

This is a permanent 30-hour-per-week post, worked in accordance with service requirements.
