Job summary

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our Community Nursing teams in the North Durham area covering the Durham and Derwentside localities. The teams provide a service between the hours of 8am and 9pm 7 days a week on a duty roster. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home or residential care setting. Successful applicants will be required to hold a first level nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to the role can be provided

Main duties of the job

The Community nursing team provide both planned and reactive care including Urgent Community Response
