Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will need excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team. The West Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board delivers District Nursing Services across Anglesey and Gwynedd, working with partner organizations to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to maintain patients in their homes, prevent hospital admissions, empower self-management, and deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
You must be able to travel between patients' homes in towns and rural areas in a timely manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
